At Amplified, design is a way of thinking. We are a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, artists, ethnographers, psychologists and technologists united by a passion for creating great experiences. We believe we cannot design experiences that others love if we don't love making them.

Visual designers at Amplified work toward creating a user experience that excites and emotionally engages with its audience by applying principles of hierarchy, unity, balance, and scale. On the one hand, they are fearless to explore wild ideas. At the same time, they are willing to acknowledge and work within predefined, sometimes esoteric constraints that they don’t control. Creative exploration, constrained or not, comes naturally to them and their designs always have a purpose.

  • Lead the discussion on the branding and identity with the client and stakeholders
  • Communicate the essence of the overall experience through mood boards, infographics, storyboards, illustrations and animations
  • Define the visual design language of the digital experience through the use of color, typography, graphics, digital layouts, etc.
  • Define detailed design behavior using motion graphics, digital prototypes and interactives
  • Collaborate with different types of designers including industrial, architectural, service and experience designers to create a holistic experience for the end user
  • Lead the creation of design specifications and style guides to communicate designs to other stakeholders and technology teams
  • Work with technology teams to ensure feasibility of design concepts and manage the quality of design during production

  • An obsessive desire to experiment
